Setco Automotive is a premier manufacturer of clutch products for the Automotive and hydraulic products for Construction Equipment Industry. In addition Setco also manufactures precision engineering components like complex and deep drawn pressings and forgings and castings that are machined and heat treated.
We have our corporate head quarters in Mumbai, India and have 4 manufacturing facilities; 2 in India and 1 each in the UK and USA. Setco UK is also the R&D hub for Setco’s clutch products and the technology provider to the group globally. Setco USA is the R&D hub for the hydraulics products.
Setco Automotive limited has following openings for managers at its Kalol plant and openings for Service Engineers in different locations for dynamic, passionate and career oriented candidates
Candidates with qualification of BE/Diploma mechanical having experience of 10-12 years in engineering/auto industry may kindly apply.
Materials Manager (SMP:01)
You will be responsible for purchasing/ sourcing raw-materials and commodities like casting/machined castings/forgings/machined components/Bars/Steel sheets etc. You will also look after Cost Planning, Cost control/VA-VE etc. you will be responsible for inventory management/materials planning and control. The incumbent should have an analytical skill and must be a good Team player.
Manager Production Planning (MPPC:01)
You will plan the monthly Production programme at the beginning of the month and accordingly direct all other departments in teh Production unit like Purchase, Q.C, stores, machine Shop, Assembly and Testing. Experience in medium or large ancillary company preferred.
Production Managers (MVD:01)
You will be a Manager in one of the departments namely, Manufacturing, Assembly, Machine Shop, Press Shop, Heat Treatment and Tool Room.
SQIG Team Head (STH:01)
You will be a part of Supplier development and Vendor rating system and responsible for supplier quality Audits, Supplier quality improvement. You need to have sound knowledge on teh Engineering Process and must be conversant in APQP/PPAP/FMEA and MSA tools. Experience in SQIG application in an industry preferred
Senior Manager HR (MHR:01)
You will be handling manpower Planning and Budgeting, wage Review, Training-needs identification and Competency Mapping. Induction and Integration of new employees, retention Strategy and policy Formulation. You should be fully conversant with various labour Laws, IR and compliances related activities and have at least 4-5 years of experience working in an industry in IR activities.
Service Engineers (SSE:01)
You will be responsible for providing quality after sales services to customers. You will also handle Customer’s complaints/ execution of service plans, handling warranty issues and giving Feedback to superiors and training of customers personnel. Location: Delhi, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Lucknow, Indore, Nagpur, Mumbai, Jamshedpur and Kolkata
