1. General Manager  (2 Posts) –One for Commercial and one forPers. & Admn. based at New DelhiPay Scale:  Rs.29500-55000 +allowances as admissible (GrossSalary Rs.51,625/- approx.) Qualification & Experience: MBAor PG Diploma in the concerned field with minimum 10 years’ experiencein a Govt. Organization, Public SectorUndertakings or National/State levelCooperative Organization or PrivateSector Enterprise of repute, of whichminimum of 5 years’ experience asHead of the Department. (Personsto be recruited in Administration &Personnel should have also a Lawdegree and appropriate experiencein dealing with Labour Laws.

Age: Upto 50 years.

2. General Manager (A/cs &Finance) (1 Post) based at NewDelhiPay Scale: Rs.29500-55000 +allowances as admissible (Grosssalary Rs.51,625/- approx.)Qualification & Experience:Chartered Accountant or CostAccountant or MBA with specializationin finance with at least 10 years’experience in a Govt. Organization,Public Sector Undertakings orNational/State level CooperativeOrganization or Private SectorEnterprise of repute, of whichminimum 5 years’ experience shouldbe as Head of the A/cs & FinanceDivision.

Age: Upto 50 years.

3. Manager (Foreign Trade): (1Post) based at New Delhi.Pay Scale:  Rs.15600-39100 +allowances as admissible – InitialBasic Pay Rs.22,320/- (Gross salaryRs.39,060/- approx.)Qualification & Experience: MBAor PG Diploma with specification inInternational Trade with minimum of10 years’ relative experience in aGovt. Organization, Public SectorUndertakings or National levelCooperative Organization or Private Sector Enterprise of repute, of which minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior position.

Age: Upto 45 years.

4. Executive Trainee (9 Posts)based at New Delhi and otherplaces.Pay Scale:  Rs.9300-34800 +allowances as admissible (Grosssalary Rs.16,275/- approx.)Qualification & Experience: MBA/PG Diploma in the field ofAdministration & Personnel, Sales/Marketing or Chartered/CostAccountants with 5 years’experience in a CooperativeOrganization/Public SectorUndertakings or repute Privateorganization in a middle level position.Selected trainees may be placed inthe pay scale of Rs.15600-39100 asDeputy Managers after successfulcompletion of training of one year orany extended period.Age: Upto 35 years.4. Private Secretary (2 Posts)Pay Scale:  Rs.9300-34800 +allowances as admissible (Grosssalary Rs.16,275/- approx.)Qualification & Experience:Graduate with shorthand speed of120 w.p.m. and typing speed of 60w.p.m. with at least 5 years’experience as Sr. Stenographer.Should be capable of independentcorrespondence and adequateknowledge of working with computer(should be well conversant with latestversion of MS office, e-mail andInternet operations).Age: Upto 35 years.a) Interested persons may submittheir applications in plain paper alongwith complete Bio-data with a fee ofRs.500/- in the form of Demand Draftpayable to NCCF at New Delhi within21 days from the date of publicationto the Manager (P&A) at the addressmentioned above.b) The officers of Central Govt/StateGovts./PSUs may send advancecopies and route their applicationsthrough proper channel.c) Short-listed candidates will becalled for interview.
