Jaypee Sports International Limited (JPSI), a part of Jaypee Group, is developing a motor racing circuit of International standards with a seating capacity of approximately 150,000 people. The 1st Indian Grand Prix, tentatively scheduled by end of 2011, is already generating a lot of interest in India and abroad. JPSI is also constructing n international standard cricket stadium with a seating capacity of 100,000. in the next phase of development the company plans to develop more sporting infrastructure

The company is looking for young, dynamic and target oriented professionals who can contribute in the JPSI projects, further hne their skills and become high class professional in various fields of operations and build a long term relationship with the company for the following positions:

1. Race Operations
   • A-1 Officer – Race Secretariat Co-ordinator: Graduate with 2-3 years experience in Motor Sports event
   • A-2 Officer – Scrutinee Co-Ordinator : Graduate with 2-3 years experience in Motor Sports event
   • A-3 Officer – Medical Co-orinator : Paramedic professional with 2-3 years experience in any sports event
2. Marketing & Branding
   • B-1 Manager/ Assistant manager: MBA/ PG Diploma in marketing with experience of more than 8/5 years preferably in sports industry and should have handled a marketing campaign of not less than INR 15 -20 crores
3. Public Catering
   • C-1 Manager: Diploma/ Degree (Hospitality) with minimum 12 years  experience in handling, large F&B operations and outdoor catering

1. Hospitality
   • D-1 Manager: Degree/ Diploma (Hospitality) with good communication skills an minimum 12 years experience in front office/ guest relations of hotel industry
2. Circuit Facility Management
   • E-1 Engineer (MEP Services): Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil Engineering with experience of 3 years in maintenance, drainage, repairs and plumbing
   • E-2 Manager/ Assistant manager Officer – Health and safety: Mechanical Engineer with PG Diploma in health and safety with experience of 12/9/5 years in relevant field.
   • E-3 Officer – Housekeeping/ Waste Management:Diploma (Hospitality) with experience of 5 years in the relevant field
   • E-4 Manager – Paddock Club: Diploma (Housekeeping) with fluency in English with minimum 12 years experience in hotel industry
3. Circuit Logistics
   • F-1 Officer: Graduate/ Diploma (Mechanical) with 5 years experience in fuel and fleet management
4. Circuit Commercial Management
   • G-1 Manager: MBA (Marketing) with a pleasing personality, good communication skills, good computer knowledge and minimum 10 years experience
   • G-2 Assistant Officer : Graduate with public school  background and having a pleasing personality, good typing speed, good communication skills and minimum 10 years experience
5. Media Centre and PR Management
   • H-1 Officer: Graduate/ Post Graduate (Corporate Communication/ Jounalism/ PR) with 5-7 years experience with any media outfit/ PR Agency
6. Circuit Resource Management
   • I-1 Junior Engineer: Diploma (Electrical/ Mechanical/ Civil) with 2-3 years experience
   • I-2 Assistant Officer/ Senior Assistant/ Assistant (STores/Accounts):Graduate/ Diploma in material management with good knowledge in ORP/SAP and minimum 5 years experience in Stores/ material management.
7. Special Electronics and ICT
   • J-1 Technician -ICT: Diploma (IT) with 3 years experience in providing hardware/ software support
   • J-2 Technician – Special Electronics: Degree/ Diploma in Electronics with 3 years experinec in Electronic equipment mintenance
8. Finance and Accounts
   • K-1 Manager: CA/ICWA with 34 years experience in Sales Accounting, VAT, Service tax and preparation of MIS reports
   • K-2 Officer/ Assistant Officer – Billing: Graduate/ Post Graduate (Commerce) with minimum 10 years experience in Sales Accounting, VAT and Reconciliation
9. HR & Administration
   • L-1 Manager/ Officer – HR: MBA (HR) with 10/3 years experience respectively
   • L-2 Officer – Admin : Graduate with minimum 10 years experience in Office, security, transport management and liasion with Government Agencies
