I, Dr. Farheen Khan, would like introduce myself as an aspiring research scholar eager to hone my technological instinct; in the area of Chemistry. In this endeavor I would like to join your esteemed institution as a faculty member. My interest has always been in Environmental science in combination with chemistry of metal complexes. My inclination towards chemistry had helped me in pursuing my Master and Doctoral degree. I have completed my Ph. D degree in Chemistry entitled as ‘Complex formation studies of metal ions with electron rich species’ from the prestigious Department of Chemistry, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, India. Eventually, I did my Master and Doctorate degree that comprises of experimental and theoretical courses related to the Environmental and Analytical studies, seminar and lectures. During these courses, I had the opportunity to sharpen my research and analytical abilities as well. Throughout my academics from schooling on to graduate studies in chemistry, I was placed in the top 10% of the class. I have outstanding cross cultured skills, accustomed to work with research professionals from many different backgrounds. I have published three international papers in various reputed journals and other are communicated and also I have presented essence of my research work in various national and international conferences.
